Delete your account and data
Your account is yours. You delete it yourself, immediately, with no request to send and no approval to wait for.

The steps
Three steps, and it is over in a second:
- Open KLAKS — the app or the website — and sign in with your phone number.
- Go to Settings.
- Press "Delete my account" and confirm. The account is gone that instant, and it cannot be undone.
You do not need the app installed — open klaksapp.com in any browser and the steps are identical.
What is erased immediately
Your phone number (stored encrypted), your cars, your stickers and their codes, the devices registered for your notifications, and any sharing invites to or from you. All of it is removed from the database for good — not flagged as "deleted" and quietly kept.
What stays, anonymized
IP addresses are deleted within 72 hours. Alert details are anonymized after 90 days. If you delete your account, your number, cars and stickers are erased immediately. Past alerts stay behind as bare numbers — detached and anonymized, with nothing left that leads back to you or to whoever sent them.
Can't get into your account?
If you lost your phone number or the line was closed and you cannot receive the sign-in code, email us from any address and we will delete the account for you. Include the phone number the account was registered with so we can find it.
